Privacy Policy

Tim Wilkinson (“Tim Wilkinson,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites (wilkinsonimpact.com, steadfastrevops.com, timjon.com and timjonwilkinson.com) and through the email, text-message, form and appointment tools we use under the Tim Wilkinson name, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and business name, when you fill in a form, book an appointment, buy something, or contact us.
- Text-message consent records: when you opt in to text messages we record the phone number, the date and time, the form you used, and the consent wording you saw.
- Communications: the emails, text messages and call notes between you and us.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data: our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the sites running and secure.
- Visitor activity: some of our websites use a visitor-identification script from our customer-relationship platform. It sets a cookie and records which pages a visitor views. If a visitor later gives us their contact information, those page views can be linked to their record so we can follow up with relevant information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently run advertising pixels on these websites; if we add them, this policy will be updated first.
2. How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and deliver services, and send what you asked for.
- To send messages you opted in to receive, including reminders, account and service messages, and offers.
- To process payments, keep records, and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse.
3. Who receives it
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our customer-relationship and messaging platform, email and text-message carriers and delivery services, payment processors, scheduling tools, and website hosting. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our websites use cookies that the pages, forms and booking tools need to work, and the visitor-identification cookie described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
5. Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Your information: you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor the ones that apply to us.
6. Keeping information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We keep text-message consent records for at least four years after your last interaction so that we can show that you agreed to receive messages.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Text messages are for people 18 and older.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
