Text Messaging Terms

Effective date: October 7, 2026.

These terms describe the text-message program run by Tim Wilkinson (“Tim Wilkinson,” “we,” “us”). By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Consent

You opt in by entering your mobile number on one of our forms and checking the box that agrees to receive texts. By doing so you give your express written consent to receive text messages from Tim Wilkinson, sent with automated technology, at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy from us.

2. Types of messages

You may receive appointment and event reminders, account and service notifications, customer-care replies, and marketing and promotional offers.

3. How often

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to eight (8) messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or OPT OUT) to any message. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and then stop. You can also email [email protected]. We act on opt-out requests promptly and always within 10 business days.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

7. When we send

We send messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.

8. Who can opt in

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give.

9. Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers may change. We are not responsible for messages that are not delivered because of carrier or device problems.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept it.
